Some account providers do split monthly page limits into a certain amount of incoming and outgoing faxes only, such as 100 sent and 200 received faxes, and so if you do need to process more outgoing than incoming faxes (or vice versa) then you will need to check that your price plan suits your requirements.
Security
Because you will be sending data over the Internet with online faxing you do need to ensure that your provider is offering the latest up to date SSL encryption protection, which ensures the security and privacy of your information as it is being transmitted. This is essential if you need to send or receive any confidential or private faxes, so you make sure you check each online fax provider’s security policy carefully.
